Refund policy


Happiness Guarantee:

Not happy? Simply return the products* within 30 days of your order date and we’ll refund you the full order amount to your original payment method (less shipping charges). 

To start the return process, email support@proteincandy.com and include your order number with a description of the reason for your return. We’ll issue a return label and process your refund (less shipping charges) once we’ve received the product(s) back.

*Conditions for the Happiness Guarantee:

  • The Happiness Guarantee only applies to one (1) order per household up to 4 boxes. We will not refund for satisfaction reasons for multiple orders.
  • Products must be received back, with no more than one (1) bag opened per case, within 30 days of the return label being issued.
  • We don't offer exchanges as a part of this happiness guarantee.


Retail: 

Our Happiness Guarantee applies to ProteinCandy.com and ProteinCandy.ca customers. If you are not satisfied with a retail purchase, please visit the customer service desk at the store you purchased from to request a refund. Refunds are subject to the store's return policy.


General Refund Policy:

If your shipment is lost, damaged, opened, or missing items, please report it immediately here. Our team will evaluate your request and provide you with a prompt resolution. Please note, photos may be required for further investigation before we complete your request.
