Protein Candy Instagram Giveaway – Official Rules

The Protein Candy Instagram Giveaway (the "Contest") is sponsored by Pro Candy Inc. ("Protein Candy" or the "Sponsor"). The Contest begins on July 28, 2026 at 12:30 p.m. ET and ends on August 6, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. ET (the "Contest Period").

Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Québec) and the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 14 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Entrants under the age of majority in their province, territory, or state of residence must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate and claim a prize.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family members (and members of the same household) of Pro Candy Inc. and its affiliated companies are not eligible to enter.

The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, state, territorial, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

Agreement to Official Rules

By entering the Contest, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.

How to Enter

No purchase is necessary.

During the Contest Period:

• Follow @ProteinCandy on Instagram.

• Like the official Giveaway post.

• Comment on the Giveaway post and tag at least one (1) friend.

Each additional comment must tag at least one (1) different friend to receive an additional entry. Tagging the same person multiple times or posting duplicate comments may result in disqualification.

Entries generated by bots, scripts, fake accounts, or other automated means are void and may be disqualified.

Comments that are unlawful, offensive, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise violate Instagram's Community Guidelines or these Official Rules may be removed or disqualified at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

Optional Bonus Entry

Entrants may receive one (1) bonus entry by commenting the designated keyword on the Giveaway post and successfully completing the optional email signup through Protein Candy's automated Instagram (ManyChat) direct message.

Participation in the ManyChat email signup is completely optional and is not required to enter or win. Maximum of one (1) bonus entry per person.

Prize

There will be one (1) prize awarded:

Fuel Your Summer Prize Pack, consisting of Protein Candy products and branded merchandise.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): US$200.

The prize must be accepted as awarded, is non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Protein Candy reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Any taxes or expenses associated with accepting or using the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Winner Selection

One (1) potential winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

The draw will take place on or about August 7, 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be contacted via direct message only from the official @ProteinCandy Instagram account and must respond within 48 hours of notification.

If the potential winner does not respond within 48 hours, declines the prize, or is found to be ineligible, Protein Candy may select an alternate winner.

Canadian winners may be required to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before being confirmed as the winner, where required by applicable law.

Protein Candy reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and may require proof of identity, age, residency, or compliance with these Official Rules before awarding a prize.

Publicity

By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that Protein Candy may use their first name, city, province/state of residence, likeness, photograph, and/or social media content related to the Contest for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Privacy

Personal information collected for the administration of this Contest will be used solely to administer the Contest and contact potential winners.

Entrants who voluntarily submit their email address through the optional ManyChat signup consent to receive marketing communications from Protein Candy. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in future emails.

Email addresses collected through the optional ManyChat signup do not affect a participant's odds of winning.

Terms and Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest, or amend these Official Rules, at any time if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity, security, fairness, or proper administration of the Contest.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or uses automated means, fake accounts, or multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.

Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an
