The ProCandy Inc (the “Contest Sponsor”), CFL Ventures (“CFL”), and Supplement King Inc. (“Supplement King”, collectively, the “Contest Parties”) Giveaway contest (the “Contest”) begins on June 16, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. ET and ends on June 30, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”).
Eligibility
Eligible entrants must meet the following criteria:
Legal residents of Canada (excluding the province of Quebec).
Aged 14 or older as of the date of entry. If the entrant is under the age of majority in his or her eligible province, territory, or state of residence (a “Minor”), such Minor must provide the name and contact information of his or her legal parent or guardian in order to maintain eligibility, and have consent from their legal parent or guardian to enter the Contest, be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Rules”), and have their personal information collected pursuant to the Rules.
Are not employees, representatives or agents of the Contest Parties or their affiliates or related entities.
Hold a valid email address on the Draw Date.
Follow the Official Instagram account of ProteinCandy, CFL, and SupplementKingCanada on the Draw Date.
The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Agreement To Rules:
By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of the Contest Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Contest.
Entry Requirements:

To enter the Contest, eligible entrants must do one of the following within the Contest Period:
1. Follow the Instagram accounts of ProteinCandy, CFL, and SupplementKingCanada on the Draw Date.
2. Like and Comment on the Official Giveaway Post
Entrants must provide all information requested, including the name and contact of a legal parent or guardian (where applicable).
The entry must fulfill all Contest requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Contest Sponsor.

There will be a total of one (1) prize to be won (collectively, the “Prize”):

“ARV” means approximate retail value not including taxes. The total ARV of the Prize is $767.00.
No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Contest Sponsor’s discretion. The Prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, provincial, and/or local taxes, travel, transportation, accommodations, food and drinks, gratuities, insurance, baggage and/or items of a personal nature, shall be the sole responsibility of the Contest winner (the “Winner”). No substitution of the Prize or transfer/assignment of the Prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Contest Parties to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Winner Selection:
The potential Winner will be chosen by random draw from among all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries to the Contest.
The draw is to be held on July 2nd, 2025- the “Draw Date.” One (1) eligible entrant will be randomly selected as the potential Winner of the Prize outlined above.
The potential winner will be contacted by the Contest Sponsor through a direct Instagram message from the official @ProteinCandy Instagram account. The potential winner must respond to the Contest Sponsor within forty-eight (48) hours to maintain their eligibility. If the potential winner does not reply to claim the Prize within forty-eight (48) hours of notification, correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid (which may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be administered online, by email or other electronic means, by telephone, or in the Sponsor’s form of declaration and release) and/or and sign and return within five (5) business days of notification the Sponsor’s declaration and release form, another eligible entry may be selected, at the sole discretion of the Contest Sponsor, and the first potential winner will have no further claim to the Prize.
Special Conditions for the CFL Game:
The Winner will be able to choose which CFL Game it wishes to attend as part of the Prize from the options provided by Sponsor. The Winner will be able to bring one (1) guest to also attend the CFL Game. The Winner’s choice of the CFL Game to attend cannot be rescheduled or substituted after the Winner’s initial selection.
Guest Requirements: The confirmed Winner’s guest must return the Sponsor’s release (by the date indicated on the release form) indicating that he/she waives all recourse against the Released Parties relating to his/her participation in the Prize (including, without limitation, any travel related thereto). The Winner cannot bring a guest to the CFL Game that is different from the guest who signed the release form.
The Released Parties are not responsible for any delay, postponement, suspension, rescheduling or cancellation, for any reason, of the CFL Game. Neither the Winner nor his/her guest (as applicable) nor any other person or entity will be compensated in the event of such delay, cancellation, or other event contemplated herein. The Released Parties will not replace any lost or stolen tickets.
By entering this Contest and accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees to maintain his/her behaviour in accordance with all applicable laws and generally accepted social practices in connection with participation in any Contest or Prize-related activity, including at the CFL Game. The confirmed Winner understands and agrees that Sponsor or prize providers have the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify and remove the Winner and their guest from any activity at any time if the Winner’s or guest’s behaviour at any point is uncooperative, disruptive, or may or does cause damage to person, property, or the reputation of any of the Contest Parties or otherwise violates the policies of the prize providers, and in such a case, the Winner will still be solely responsible for all expenses related to the Prize.
In connection with attendance at the CFL Game, the Winner agrees that stadium policies, CFL policies, provincial/federal guidelines and the recommendations of health officials must be followed. In addition, the Winner and guest should be aware of and comply with government guidelines regarding travel restrictions and mandatory quarantines before and after travel (if applicable).
The Winner and his/her guest acknowledge and accept all risk of damages, injury or other loss incidental to any game for which tickets are issued, whether occurring before, during or after the CFL Game, and hereby voluntarily agrees to assume the same.
Privacy:

Terms and Conditions:
The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations.
The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest or the Contest Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Contest Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest. In such a case, the Contest Sponsor may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by the Contest Sponsor. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. The Contest Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Contest, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different accounts; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Contest rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability:
By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless the Contest Parties, and each of their subsidiaries, affiliates, related entities (for CFL, this includes the Canadian Football League, CFL Enterprises LP, CFL Enterprises G.P. Inc, CFL Holdings G.P. Inc., and CFL Holdings L.P., and the member teams of the Canadian Football League (the “Member Teams”)), advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, parent companies, general partners or partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors and any other individual(s), entity or entities involved in the development, promotion, production, implementation, administration, judging or fulfilment of the Contest or the Prize (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Contest and/or their or their guest’s acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest ; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries.
Disputes:
THIS CAMPAIGN IS GOVERNED BY CANADIAN LAW AND ONTARIO LAW. As a condition of participating in this Contest, participants agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the Contest Sponsor having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall the participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Contest). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
